Battle League Campaign Rules

Current campaign details

No Battle League prize campaign is currently active. These standing rules still explain how a future campaign will operate.

1. Who can participate

• You must have a verified WhispSocio account, provide accurate profile details, and meet the minimum age shown for the campaign. The minimum age is assessed at the start of the relevant League week.
• You must be a lawful resident of a country expressly included in the campaign’s country list, and your account country must be accurate. We may request reasonable verification of age, identity, location, and eligibility before fulfilling a prize.
• Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate household members of WHISPSOCIO LTD involved in operating a campaign may not receive its prize. We may exclude accounts where participation would breach local law, sanctions, platform policy, or a third-party voucher provider’s conditions.
• One person may use only one account. Duplicate, temporary, automated, misleading, or fraudulent accounts are not eligible.

2. How the Battle League works

• A League season runs weekly from Monday 00:00 through Sunday 23:59:59 in the Europe/London time zone. The current season is Week of Sep 21, ending Sun, Sep 27 11:59 PM.
• Only battle results completed and recorded by WhispSocio during that season count. Battle XP currently comprises battle points, a completed-battle bonus, and the win-related bonuses displayed on the Battle League page.
• The campaign uses the final overall League table, not a creator’s class-only rank. Positions are ordered by Battle XP, then number of wins, then fewer battles, then account ID as the final technical tie-breaker. This makes every prize position unique.
• A position is provisional until the season closes and WhispSocio completes integrity checks. We may correct a recorded score or ranking for a technical error, refund, chargeback, fraud finding, rule breach, or other integrity issue.

3. Prize qualification and fulfilment

• Every eligible creator finishing within the stated qualifying positions for an active campaign earns the advertised prize. No manual entry and no purchase are required.
• After the season closes, we review eligibility and notify qualifying creators through their WhispSocio account. Prize fulfilment may remain pending while verification or integrity checks are completed.
• Prizes are personal, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for Coins, Cash Earnings, or cash. If a stated voucher cannot lawfully or reasonably be supplied in the winner’s country, we may offer an equivalent prize of equal or greater local value where lawful, or decline fulfilment where no lawful alternative is available.
• Winners are responsible for taxes, declarations, and other consequences arising from receiving a prize, except where law requires us to handle them. Third-party voucher terms, expiry dates, geographic restrictions, and redemption requirements may apply.
• Amazon and other voucher providers are not sponsors, administrators, or endorsers of a campaign unless the campaign explicitly says otherwise.

4. Fair play and prohibited conduct

Do not attempt to manipulate Battle XP, rankings, gifts, or rewards. This includes self-gifting, use of fake accounts, bought or coordinated artificial engagement, exploiting bugs, deceptive incentives, payment abuse, or pressuring viewers to send gifts. We may suspend the account, remove or recalculate scores, reverse rewards, and take further action allowed by our Terms and applicable law.

5. International operation and changes

• Campaigns are configured country by country. The country allowlist on the campaign card is part of its official rules; it is not a promise that a campaign is available worldwide.
• Where mandatory law in your country provides additional protections or imposes stricter requirements, that law applies. We may change availability, verification, prize fulfilment, or the campaign rules where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, safety, fraud-prevention, or technical reasons.
• We will not retrospectively reduce a prize already earned by an eligible creator except to correct an error, respond to fraud or abuse, comply with law, or enforce these rules.
