Is the Pro membership a recurring payment?
Yes. When you upgrade, Stripe bills you every month until you manage or cancel your renewal.

How do I update my payment method or cancel?
Use the Manage Membership button above to open the Stripe billing portal. You can change cards, download invoices, or end your subscription there any time.

Which currency will I be charged in?
Stripe bills you in the primary site currency ($USD). We also show an estimated amount in your selected currency when available so you know what to expect before checkout.

What does priority content indexing mean?
Pro content is eligible for faster processing in WhispSocio's own discovery and search systems. It does not guarantee search engine rankings outside WhispSocio.

What extra profile analytics do Pro members get?
Standard dashboards show follower and profile-view changes for the last 7 days. Pro dashboards extend that to 30 days and add growth rate, daily averages, best view day, and signed-in versus guest view breakdowns.

Do media uploads appear on my profile?
Yes. When you upload media from your profile, WhispSocio creates a profile post for the upload using the same privacy level as the media.

Are uploads unlimited?
No. Standard members can upload media up to 50MB per file, while Pro members can upload up to 500MB per file.

How does saved live-replay storage work?
Standard members have 2GB and Pro members have 10GB. We count the actual size of saved replay files, not the number of replays. Reaching the allowance never ends a live broadcast; it only prevents another replay being saved until the creator downloads or deletes an older one, or upgrades.
